That will take you to Settings, but there are three more tabs across the top. The first tab is "Posting". Go there and then Edit Posts, and delete what you want to. As you can see, I already did it.

I had to rename it in my computer. then I just edited the picture to a thumbnail size in my dashboard then the blog would let me use it as an insignia.
